Earlier this week I shared some photos from my walk around some of Bloomsbury's Squares. In the penultimate square - Gordon Square - it was the buildings around the square that interested me most. They also lend themselves to black and white, so I've decided to show some of the shots today.
In this first one I couldn't help but look enviously and admire those wooden drawers on show and the pattern of the lights.
And the pattern of the stonework on both the balcony and the windows on this grand building.
And it's the combination of the sign, brickwork and drainpipe here
And the roof and windows of the large and dominating Church of Christ the King.
