Last weekend I vowed to be more active and eat more healthily, and so far I’ve mostly stuck to it which I’ve surprised myself by. If you’d have asked me I’d have said my willpower was low, but I’ve walked to and from work each day and persevered with the exercise DVD. I’ve got today off, using the last of my leave up and when I booked it, it seemed like a good idea - and it is - but now I know that Monday will be more busy because of it, but that’s Monday and I can deal with that then.

My photo this week is from last year’s Ideal Home Show, I can’t quite believe it’s a whole year ago that the show was on. It opens today, and I have a loose plan to go this weekend. So that means a whole new set of photos to share.
