Welcome to another week of #PoCoLo and I hope you haven't been caught out by any April Fools. It doesn't seem real that we're already in the fourth month of the year does it? But the lighter evenings are much welcomed and I've already spent one of them this week in the garden sorting out some plants from my dad.

It was great to see so many of you link up last week and to see such a wide range of posts too, it certainly makes for some varied reading. After completing our cycling trip last week - we cycled 95 miles over four days, with one of those only clocking up seven miles into Newark-on-Trent and back - and then headed off to Norfolk to spend Easter with my family. I've linked up our first day of cycling this week so you can read more about my quest for a pork pie!

My name's Jess and I blog about life, love, motherhood, and more at Babi a Fi - the Welsh for 'Baby and Me'. I love history and write about all kinds of historical topics, from my old university essays to a whistle-stop tour of photography. I also write about my collection of dolls and miniatures, which is mostly an excuse to set up scenes for pictures!

Welcome to another week of #PoCoLo in a week when I've been cycling around Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire and experienced mixed results wifi-wise! That's also affected my ability to comment on and tweet last week's linkers, I'm slowly making my way through them though...

This is our "practice panniers" trip and while packing was hard work, because it needed to be precise, so far it's gone ok. As you read I may just be cycling my way back from Newark-on-Trent to Grantham (although that really does depend on when you're reading) and that may mean it might take me longer than usual to RT any tweets you tag me in, I'll catch up though and tweet them when I can.

We've already clocked up a 25-miler from Grantham to Melton Mowbray (and yes there was pie!) and a 35-miler onto Newark-on-Trent on a grey and chilly day, when the only thing to do was keep moving.

I will no doubt, be sharing more about our trip in the next few weeks so in the spirit of keeping moving, let's catch up with this week's Newbie Showcase.

Welcome back to PoCoLo - Friday's are coming around quickly these days, which is never a bad thing is it. It was another busy link up last week and I am still working my way through some of your posts - somewhere along the way I seem to have lost a day this week. If you find it I'll be pleased to have it back.

This week I've been getting some fairly major preparations sorted for our Easter trip and finally got the hotels booked - yes I know, nothing like leaving it until the last minute. In the end I phoned them to double check they had secure storage for our bikes overnight. I've not been able to do much about the weather but I'm hoping that it'll at least be dry if it can't be sunny. I'm not sure cycling in the we will be any fun at all. I'll let you know how we get on.

My post this week is all about a challenge I've set myself, quite a big challenge in fact and one it'll be interesting to see how close I get to - and now that I've built it up I'll let you know it's a decluttering one.

Newbie Showcase: Sarah from Craft Invaders

Hi, My name is Sarah, and I blog with my kids, over at Craft Invaders. It was the kids' idea to start a blog, we love reading other peoples, and I very naively thought 'how hard can it be?'

Eleven months on, I now know exactly how much hard work it is, but we have definitely caught the blogging bug, and love it!

Our passions are connecting with nature, crafts, spending time together as a family and history, and our blog reflects this.

home-made gift ideas - Rosemary and peppermint foot scrub anyone?

days out, like our visit to nearby Woodchester Mansion - an unfinished masterpiece and
what is important to us: 20 things all parents should teach their kids.

This year we have set ourselves the challenge to learn much more about wild foods and foraging, and are sharing our adventure through our blog and Instagram - we'd love for others to come and join in!
