Hello there, and welcome to this week’s #PoCoLo - a friendly linky which I co-host with Suzanne, where you can link any post published in the last week. I hope you’re all keeping well, especially during this quite peculiar time. I have a stuffy nose, which thankfully isn’t one of the symptoms of Coronavirus but is something that I feel I need to explain. Even on here it seems.
I’ve had what I’m calling the busiest week ever, but at the same time hoping that it doesn’t step up a gear next week with any further announcements from the government. Working in comms, Internal Comms, to be precise has been both challenging and rewarding this week. Though whoever thought that a 5:15pm Press conference each day was a good idea, hasn’t been the most popular person this week.
So it seems fitting that the photo I’m sharing this week is one of my desk - yes it’s messy, but I can’t even start to tell you what my days have looked like. It also represents the challenge I’ve set myself to find the right cables and adapters to connect a monitor to my laptop, as from Monday I’ll be working from home until further notice.
