Post Comment Love 25-27 October

Hello there and welcome to this week’s #PoCoLo a friendly linky where you can link any post published in the last week. Both Morgan and I know you’ll find some great posts to read, and maybe some new-to-you blogs too, so do pop over and visit some of the posts linked and share some of that love.

For the nth week my head is full, and while there’s been a few photos and even some blog posts there’s not been much else, blog-wise or other really that I didn’t cover in my weekly post. I do have a day off though, today, and I’m looking forward to being able to clear my head. Some of my time over this weekend may be spent clearing my head and planning for next week, and I think that’ll help. And some crochet too, that always helps.

I’m also hoping to do some catching up here, and with photo editing. To whet my appetite I’ve been scrolling through my photos and rested on this one for a while. It’s Portuguese tiles, but perhaps not as you’d expect. I quite like them though, they’re quirky, and are probably less modern than they look.

There’s no Blogger Showcase again this week - Morgan and I are starting to think about what a Blogger Showcase 2.0 might look like. If you’ve any suggestions then please drop us both a tweet.

There’s no doubt now is there, that we’re well and truly into autumn. There’s been glimpses of sun - and that’s felt like a real treat - but mostly it’s been wet, which hasn’t been so good, but when it’s not quite so torrential, there’s definitely something calming about walking in the rain. I’m not sure what it is, maybe it’s calmness, maybe it’s something about the ‘smell’ of rain, or maybe it’s just madness.

Bring on the pumpkins though I say - to eat, to look at, but mostly to eat. These were in the porch of one of the buildings at Kenilworth Castle, and yes, I left them there.

There’s no Blogger Showcase again this week - and in a real first, I’ve not posted either this week, so I’ve nothing to link. I’m hoping to get back on my blog game shortly, and Morgan and I are starting to think about what a Blogger Showcase 2.0 might look like. If you’ve any suggestions then please drop us both a tweet.

In shock news this week, I left my desk at lunchtime, which is where I snapped my photo this week. Technically I was out already at another building for a meeting and made a detour on my way back to my desk, but that’s a technicality. The fact that I had the headspace to look around and notice my surroundings is the real win though. And a cute kitty cat too, to make me smile - yes that island is in the middle of the main road, but the photo needed to be taken, right?
