Welcome to this week’s #PoCoLo - a friendly linky which I co-host with Suzanne, where you can link any blog post published in the last week - please remember this, posts which are older will be removed from the linky. We know you’ll find some great posts to read, and maybe some new-to-you blogs too, so do pop over and visit some of the posts linked and share some of that love. If you were here last week it was great to have you along, if you’re new here this week we’re pleased you’ve joined us.

How’s your week been? As you can probably guess from this week’s photo mine has involved tea and cake.

Last weekend we spent time with my family celebrating my parents 65th Blue Sapphire Wedding Anniversary, an amazing achievement for them both. We had afternoon tea in a fabulous little tea room in Thorney in Cambridgeshire where the food was great and nothing was too much trouble for the team there.

Then later in the evening we ventured into Grantham, Lincolnshire for a really good Thai meal, though we’ll have to go back there as none of us had enough space to really do the menu justice. Needless to say we didn’t need much food for the rest of the weekend.

I hope your week has been a good one. We spent some time with my MIL last weekend treating ourselves to Sunday lunch out. The rest of the week has been pretty mundane with the usual chores and tasks, the highlight of that being our food delivery - so not a highlight at all really. It could be worse, it could have been a visit to the dentist or the hygienist, but that’s booked in for next week - oh, I know how to live!

From the brief dusting of snow last week and chilly temperatures, yesterday and today have been quite warm in comparison. So I think we’re officially at that time of year when none of us knows what to wear when heading outside, and yet whatever we choose is bound to be not quite right. Let’s hope spring really is on the way soon.

Welcome to this week’s #PoCoLo - a friendly linky which I co-host with Suzanne, where you can link any blog post published in the last week - please do remember this, it’s not fair to others if you link older posts. We know you’ll find some great posts to read, and maybe some new-to-you blogs too, so do pop over and visit some of the posts linked and share some of that love. If you were here last week it was great to have you along, if you’re new here this week we’re pleased you’ve joined us.

What crazy weather we’ve had this week - we woke on Wednesday to a light dusting of snow which the rain was already sending on its way. It did leave us with an unusual looking conservatory roof for a short while though. I had some parcels that I needed to drop off at the post office, and I was so glad I did that the day before even though it was absolutely freezing. Yesterday the temperatures were back up to 10 degrees and drizzle, though I know further up the country there’s still snow and some more forecast. Hopefully we’ll be able to get back to warmer spring-like weather soon, and we can all get back to enjoying the luscious bulb growth!

I’ve an exciting competition running on my blog at the moment to win a pair of tickets for the last day of the BBC Gardeners’ World Spring Fair at Beaulieu, which I’ve also linked up as my post. There’s also a discount code to save 10% off tickets, so if you were looking to buy tickets be sure to check that out too.

You’re obviously very welcome to enter the competition, and I’d appreciate any shares on social media too before the competition closes on 25 March - thank you!
